Stick young people into any off center social specialty and you have a story about growing up ready with self-revelation. Enter “Cut,” the beguiling new film around a 15-year-old contemplative person (Michael Johnston) with a propensity for homoerotic fan fiction. Prodded at school, he finds a related soul in a somewhat more seasoned schoolmate (Hannah Marks) who urges him to dig into his shocking yearnings.
