Law based Rep. Luis Gutiérrez To Boycott Trump’s Inauguration Over ‘Contempt, Bigotry’

Rep. Luis Gutiérrez (D-Ill.) said Friday that he wants to blacklist President-elect Donald Trump’s initiation one month from now, contending the Republican has given no sign he’ll turn from the racial divisiveness that characterized his battle.
